At Balance Rock Consulting, we work with a wide range of organizations including: infrastructure funds, property management companies, land and property owners, climate and renewable energy companies, scale ups, and utility companies. Allan Telio
Founder
Allan Telio founded Balance Rock Consulting with a vision to combat climate change by helping companies understand how they can benefit from renewable and climate technology. More broadly, he also wanted to help high-potential companies grow by leveraging his expertise and experience in scaling operations.
Prior to establishing Balance Rock, Allan served as Senior Vice President of Community Solar at Nexamp, one of the largest solar developers in the country, where he led the B2C division and successfully grew the company's customer base to over 50,000 homes. Allan has also held positions at larger organizations such as EnerNOC, IDEO and Belkin International. His experience in growing companies has led to several successful acquisitions (Example - member of the senior leadership team at MyEnergy that was acquired by NEST).
Through Balance Rock Consulting, Allan brings his deep understanding of renewables and climate technology together with his proven track record in scaling companies to deliver exceptional value to clients.
In his free time, Allan enjoys hiking with his family and is also a lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Management.
